Residence is available in furnished and well-maintained townhouses and suites, that are located less than a two-minute walk from the academic buildings. Living in residence is a safe and comfortable way to develop your independence while belonging to an active close-knit community. Students living in residence are able to cook their own meals as each townhouse and apartment features a self-contained, well-equipped kitchen. Living on campus not only gives students the valuable convenience of being close to all the action, but it also offers peace of mind that you will always have a great home away from home.

The cost of undergraduate residence can range from $2500 – $3700 per semester. First year students applying to an undergraduate program will apply for residence when they apply to the University. Upper-year undergraduates and graduate students must apply directly to the residence. Apply immediately if you wish to live in residence.

NOTE:  For both first and upper year students, room assignments will be sent out by mid August via email.

As a first year student, if you want to apply for on campus housing, you need to apply online at the Student Housing & Residence Life’s website.  Please note that the Official Move-in day is Saturday of the Labour Day weekend.  If you plan to move in after the Official Move-in day, you must notify the Housing Office in writing by the middle of August. Failing to notify the Student Housing Office regarding your late arrival will potentially result in losing the room assignment to our existing wait list.
